Abandoned Dream

Last night I dreamed, that our company become that big and huge that almost all shareholders and management won't do share its "stakes" to others to break the limitations.
Sharing that we can still have the benefits and grow, nobody won't listened.
They still think that if shares to others, it will makes hole and less benefit to them. But I ensure that it won't happen untill almost all community get the benefits of the existence of the organizations.
Up until the day that nobody can do anything else. Means no grow at all.
What a great experience and lesson to have
